So, Prime Minister Designate Haider Al-Abadi has a Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering from Manchester... So hopefully he will:
1- Respect Masters and Doctorate graduates and appoint them in the State.
2- Respect knowledge and intellectuals.
3- Do something to our Goddamn electricity!
